Shipping 

• Our products ship from our fulfillment center in Montreal, Canada.
• Small orders are shipped using a major express carrier, while palletized goods are shipped via LTL shipping.
• Customers identified by the freight carrier as having a residential delivery address may incur additional shipping charges based on the carrier’s residential delivery rates.
• Please inform us during order placement if the delivery address is residential.
• Special handling requests may be subject to additional fees.
• Additional charges imposed by the freight carrier, not previously disclosed, may result in additional fees beyond those invoiced in the original order. Couronne Company reserves the right to adjust freight charges accordingly. These charges may include expenses related to store closures, re-deliveries, indoor deliveries, and the use of lift gates.
• Depending on the transaction method, delivery terms, shipping method, region, or country, buyers are responsible for all applicable taxes, including tariffs, import taxes, and customs duties.

Delivery of Goods

The Seller commits to delivering goods promptly. Should delivery not occur within 60 days from the original delivery date, the Seller must obtain written approval from the Buyer to extend or select an alternative delivery date, or the purchase order will be canceled. The Seller shall not be held responsible for delays arising from natural disasters, war, or acts of terrorism.
