Returns and Claims Policy

● Please inspect your order upon arrival to ensure accuracy.

● Claims for trucking damage must be reported to the delivery driver upon receipt. Failure to note damages or shortages on the delivery receipt may result in denial of claims. All claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

● SGRACO Bottles does not accept freight or common carrier damage claims for orders shipped using the customer’s own shipping account. Any claims for breakage must be directed to the carrier, and damages must be reported to the driver upon delivery.

● Returns will only be accepted with a valid Return Authorization (RA) number and must be accompanied by appropriate packaging materials. Returns that are shipped back to SGRACO Bottles and arrive broken due to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for credit.

● A 20% restocking fee and all applicable shipping charges will be deducted from refunds for authorized returns.

● Authorized returns will be processed as credit memos only.

● All return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

● Closeout and discontinued items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
